Special Education
Special Education is education that we provide in appropriate environments based on specially trained personnel, developed educational programs and methods, the characteristics of individuals with special education needs in all developmental areas, and their competencies in academic disciplines.
The aim is to help individuals with special education needs develop basic life skills to become productive and happy citizens, become self-sufficient, and prepare for higher education, work, profession, and life through appropriate educational programs using special methods, personnel, and equipment in line with their educational needs, competencies, interests, and abilities.
Individual education can be implemented in many ways, such as private lessons, online education platforms, and individual study programs. It is also a very effective approach for individuals with special needs.
Speech and Language Therapy
Speech and language therapy is a treatment that helps develop speech and language skills. It ensures sound production, comprehension, fluency, and clarity in expression. The speech therapist works in a multidisciplinary way while helping individuals with various conditions. It helps treat mild, moderate, or severe learning difficulties, speech delay, speech disorders, inability to produce sound, hearing impairment, cleft lip or palate, stuttering, voice disorders, and language disorders.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is a person-centered healthcare profession that promotes health and well-being through meaningful and purposeful activities. The main goal of occupational therapy is to enable people’s participation in daily life activities. Occupational therapists achieve this goal by improving individuals’ and communities’ ability to perform activities they want, need, or are expected to do, or by modifying the activity or environment to better facilitate their participation.
Individual Counseling Individual Counseling is the process of providing professional service related to the area needed by the person after analyzing the dynamics of special education, language development, sensory development, social development, and behaviors specific to individuals with Autism. In this process, all tests, communication skills, self-care skills, play and leisure skills, forms related to supporting social development, and development records of the individual are regularly maintained by our institution. Whether or not the individual attends Special Education and Rehabilitation centers, we have family counseling services in special education and support education services for all children’s special education processes.
Family Counseling No parent wants to think about the possibility of having a child with developmental differences when deciding to have a child. Therefore, having any different development creates disappointment. In short, the needs of a child showing developmental differences can cause intense anxiety within the family by affecting family members’ lifestyles and plans.
Our goal is to help them overcome personal or interpersonal problems related to children and family more easily.
Family counseling has clear and distinct goals. Its purpose is to help solve family problems and to provide new skills that will facilitate family members to better understand each other and draw clear and flexible boundaries.

Institutional Consulting Consulting on institutionalization work for institutions in areas where support is needed for people with disabilities, primarily autism spectrum disorder. In-service training is organized for their educators and specialist therapists in areas they need.
For newly established institutions, consulting services cover everything from special education classrooms to therapy environments, from furnishing to software programs, from security systems to creating work programs for each unit.
Our goal is to provide professional support services at international standards with our team of world-renowned experts in all needs of individuals with ASD, including level tests, programs, and groupings for every individual with Autism registered at the institution.
Main services provided under institutional consulting:
Consulting services for Special education and Rehabilitation institutions, Foundations, Municipalities, Sports clubs, and families. Consulting services for institutional structuring for institutions that will work with individuals with Autism. Consulting services for preparing special education programs and activity programs for institutions serving in the field of autism spectrum disorder. Foreign-supported consulting services for non-governmental organizations on autism-related projects. Foreign-supported consulting services for institutional structuring of full-day care centers and preparation of business plans. In-service training courses, workshops, seminars in the Netherlands and Belgium for experts, trainers, guidance counselors, etc. who work or want to work in the field of autism spectrum disorder in Turkey. Institutional operation observation and information visits are organized for institutions working with Autism in Europe. (This activity is organized for individual and group applications.) In-service training and certificate programs are organized abroad and in Turkey for therapies. Consulting service is provided regarding furnishing, considering the characteristics of the target group they will serve for institutions’ special education and therapies in all areas. Foreign support is provided for European Union projects.
Night Center Thanks to our service at the night center, your children are in safe hands during nights and days. You can receive this service from us both institutionally and individually. Autism and Leisure Programs
Autism and Leisure Programs
A 1-week Pony Camp in the Netherlands for Autism and Leisure Programs, during which our children will have an unforgettable week thanks to activities they will do with Horses in natural environments. Programs prepared according to children’s levels will be implemented accompanied by experienced guides. Children will gain many skills and learn new things from activities carried out in natural environments and with natural methods throughout the day. Summer period registrations have begun. Age limit between 8-15 is required to participate in this camp, which will be organized in July and August. This camp is ideal not only for individuals with autism spectrum disorder but also for children with special learning difficulties. Contact us for more details!
Job Coaching
Amsterdam Autism Academy prepares participants for social life as well as business life and supports them to be individually successful in the job market. Thanks to job coaching, after the vocational training we carry out in our projects, we provide job coaching support to our participants and work for their job placement.
Within the scope of the project, each participant has a job coach, and participants can contact their job coaches for any difficulties and problems they encounter before and after job placement. Job coaches help participants with:
- Supporting CV preparation and job application process,
- Conducting competency analysis,
- Learning social, economic, cultural, legal, and daily life elements in Turkey,
- Training the person on “sensitive” and “intensive” competencies.
Within the scope of the project, 280 hours of training is provided over 7 weeks. After training, mentoring is regularly provided for job coaches through phone, email, or online meetings.
