Job Coaching

Amsterdam Autisme Academie prepares participants for both business and social life and supports them to be successful individually in the job market. Thanks to job coaching, after the vocational training we provide in the projects we implement, we provide job coaching support to our participants and work for their job placement.

As part of the project, each participant has a job coach and participants can contact job coaches for any difficulties and problems they encounter before and after job placement. Job coaches help participants with the following issues;

• Supporting the CV preparation and job application process,

• Conducting competency analysis,

• Participants learning about social, economic, cultural, legal and daily life elements in Turkey,

• Training the person on “sensitive” and “intensive” competencies

A 280-hour training course lasting 7 weeks is provided within the scope of the project. After the training, mentoring is provided for job coaches regularly via phone, e-mail or online meetings.
